How to Properly Install Shutters on your Home
In order to install shutters the correct way, follow these easy steps by your home painting experts at Peak Pro:
- The first step to installing shutters is to measure the window that the shutters are going on.
- Once you have measurements, you can go buy the shutters.
- Next, we want to install the shutters. Some come with pre drilled holes for screws, but most don’t. If they don’t, pre drill six small holes.
- Hold the shutters up to the place where you want them. Once you line it up correctly you can screw them in. Be careful not to screw them in too deep because you can damage the shutter.
